How much do stickers cost – and how does the volume discount work?
The price of a sticker depends on its area and material and drops considerably with the quantity of the same design:

A minimum order value of CHF 25 applies per order line. If a few small stickers come in below that, the line is rounded up to CHF 25. The designer shows you this straight away – often you get far more pieces for the same amount. For example, instead of 10 small logo stickers it is usually worth ordering 25 or 50 right away. There are no set-up costs.
Gloss, matt or transparent – which material?
- White vinyl, gloss laminate – colours look brilliant and rich. The all-rounder for logo stickers, merch, bikes, laptops and vehicles.
- White vinyl, matt laminate – no reflections, a refined, calm look. Good for product labels, packaging and stickers with lots of text or a QR code that need to stay readable under light.
- Transparent (no white) – only the design is visible, the surface shows through everywhere. Since no white is printed, the colours look translucent. Ideal on white or light surfaces and on glass when the shop-window effect from inside doesn’t matter. On dark surfaces a transparent sticker fades considerably.
The protective laminate guards all versions against scratches, rain and UV light. Outdoors, laminated stickers typically last several years and survive the car wash too.
Contour cutting: what shape is the sticker cut to?
After printing and laminating, a cutting plotter cuts every sticker precisely to the chosen shape – this is called contour cutting. In the designer you choose between square, rounded, circular and oval. The stickers arrive individually cut on the backing paper and can be peeled off straight away.
How to avoid typical cutting mistakes:
- Place important content such as text and logo elements at least 2–3 mm from the edge.
- Extend background colours right to the edge so that no white sliver appears.
- On circular stickers, centre the design – a round logo in a round sticker looks calmest.

What are printed stickers used for?
- Companies: logo stickers for packaging, shipping boxes, toolboxes, equipment and inventory
- Restaurants and shops: coffee cups, takeaway boxes, shop windows, «Find us on Instagram» stickers with QR code
- Products: labels for jars, candles, soaps, bottles and gifts
- Clubs and bands: merch stickers, fan stickers, race number stickers
- Vehicles: small logo stickers for the rear window, bike, motorbike or boat
For larger vehicle areas, a planned vehicle lettering job makes more sense; for plain text without a background, choose vinyl lettering.
Artwork tips for pin-sharp stickers
- Resolution: because stickers are viewed close up, photos and pixel graphics should have around 300 dpi at final size – so roughly 600 × 600 pixels for a 5 × 5 cm sticker.
- Prefer vectors: logos as SVG stay sharp at any size.
- Minimum sizes: text on small stickers no smaller than about 2 mm letter height, QR codes no smaller than 2 × 2 cm.
- Remove background: if your logo has a white box, cut it out in the designer with one AI click.

How to apply stickers properly
Degrease the surface with alcohol or glass cleaner, let it dry, place the sticker against one edge and press it on from the centre outwards with your thumb or a squeegee. Ideally apply at room temperature or at least 10 °C. A sticker is easier to remove if you warm it up with a hairdryer first.

Yes, thanks to the protective laminate they are weatherproof and scratch-resistant and even survive the automatic car wash.
Can I have round stickers printed?
Yes, stickers come square, with rounded corners, circular and oval, in any size between 20 and 1200 mm.
What is the difference between stickers and vinyl lettering?
A sticker is printed in full colour and has a background in the chosen shape. Vinyl lettering consists of individual letters cut from single-colour vinyl, with no background.
Can I order transparent stickers for glass?
Yes, with the «Transparent» material. Because no white is printed, the colours look translucent on glass; for strong colours, white vinyl is the better choice.
How quickly will I get my stickers?
