Shipping & Payment
Everything you need to know about prices, shipping, collection and payment at a glance. The binding rules are set out in our terms and conditions.
Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include 8.1 % VAT. The designer shows you the exact price of your design straight away, depending on product, format, material, options and quantity.
- Textiles: printing on the front included, back + CHF 10 per item. All sizes cost the same and can be mixed.
- Signs, stickers, vinyl lettering, wall decals and stamps: price based on format, material and options, with a tiered discount from a certain quantity. For stickers, vinyl lettering and wall decals, a minimum order value of CHF 25 per motif applies.
- Vehicle lettering: the designer shows a non-binding guide price including fitting. Only our written quote is binding.
Volume discount on textiles
The discount applies per motif. All textiles with the same design are counted, and you can mix sizes.

We only deliver to addresses in Switzerland. Deliveries abroad are not possible via the shop. In exceptional cases, very large or bulky items (for example large signs or PVC banners) can only be offered for collection or with a separate delivery; in that case we will get in touch with you before shipping.

Vehicle lettering and fitting
We fit vehicle lettering in our workshop in Wallisellen. We arrange the appointment with you once you have accepted the quote. Please bring your vehicle thoroughly washed and dry (without wax or polish) to the agreed appointment.
Production and delivery time
Every item is made individually for you after you order, in our workshop in Wallisellen. Production usually takes place within a few working days of receipt of payment. You will receive an estimated delivery time when you order. If you need something by a specific date, please get in touch before ordering.
Payment
- Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay via SumUp: you pay directly when ordering on SumUp’s secure payment page. We never see your card details.
- Invoice with QR code (payment in advance): you receive an invoice with a QR code and pay it with your banking app. We start production as soon as payment has been received.
- Vehicle lettering: payment as set out in the quote.
Returns
Because every product is made individually to your specifications, exchanges and returns are not possible. So please check the design, texts (spelling), dimensions, sizes and quantities carefully before ordering. If something is wrong with your delivery, please contact us within 7 days at info@folie.ch, stating your order number and attaching photos. We will remake the product or credit you the amount.
