New clients choose a salon mainly on three things: do I like the style, what does it cost, and when can I get an appointment? A salon website answers this with images, a clear price list and a booking button that is visible straight away on mobile.

• Price list: women, men, children, colour, special treatments – with “from” prices and approximate duration.
• Book an appointment: if you work with an online booking tool, we add a prominent button linking to it. A booking system of its own is not part of the package.
• Team: photo, name and speciality – many clients book with a specific person.
• Show your work: your own photos of cuts, colours or nail art, only with the client’s consent.
• Opening hours including evening and Saturday appointments, plus parking and public transport.

For gyms, yoga and Pilates studios or dance schools, what matters most is when each class takes place and what a membership costs. Show the weekly timetable as it normally runs, and the memberships with prices in a clear table. The most important step for newcomers – the trial session or taster class – can be requested via the included contact form. If your timetable changes often, a link to your class booking tool is more practical than a fixed table.

Clubs also get their website at the same fixed price of CHF 899.–. Parents, new members and sponsors mainly look for:

• Training times and hall or pitch, organised by team and age group
• A contact person for each team, ideally with a phone number
• Membership fees and how to join
• Taster training: when, where, what to bring
• Sponsors with logos – a good argument for your next sponsorship request

Results and match reports change every week; for those, it is best to link to your association’s page or to social media.
