Website for restaurants, cafés, bars and hotels

Guests almost always visit a restaurant website with one of four questions: are you open today, what’s on the menu, what does it cost, and how do I book? These four answers belong on the first screen, or at most one tap away.

• Opening hours including rest days, kitchen closing time and annual holidays.
• Menu with prices – for drinks, apéro and group menus too.
• Reservations: a tap-to-call phone number, plus a form or the link to your reservation tool.
• Getting there: address, nearest stop, parking, bike parking.
• Atmosphere: photos of the dining room, the terrace and two or three signature dishes.
• Events: number of seats, private room, apéro packages, catering.
• Allergens: a clear note on where guests can get information about allergens.

A menu as text on the website can be read on a mobile without zooming, loads faster than a PDF and can be read by search engines and AI assistants. If someone asks for a “vegetarian restaurant with a terrace near me”, it helps if your dishes can be found as text.

Tip for changing offers: your regular menu belongs permanently on the website. The daily lunch menu is easier to publish on your Google Business Profile or social media, with a link from the website. That way the website stays up to date, even if you don’t have something changed every day.

For many businesses, the phone number and the included contact form are all they need for reservations – ideal for groups, company dinners and family celebrations, where there are usually questions to clarify anyway. A dedicated booking system isn’t part of the package. If you already work with an online reservation tool or, as a hotel, with a booking portal, we’ll add a clearly visible button linking to it.
